About Us

Cornerstone Partnership is a farming partnership located 6 miles southwest of Des Arc, Arkansas on Highway 11 in central Arkansas. The partnership includes fourth and fifth generation farmers. The farm is positioned on the north edge of the Grand Prairie region, which is noted for its rich soils and abundant wildlife habitat. Its location is well suited for not only the local mills and warehouses but is also close to the Mississippi River markets as well as northwest Arkansas feed mills.

The operation specializes in corn, rice, soybeans and occasionally some winter wheat. Many of the crops raised on the farm are for seed production for private companies as well as some public varieties. All of the production on the farm is irrigated to assure top quality grain is produced as well as to maximize yield.

Land leveling, tail-water recovery and reservoirs are maximized on the operation to not only reduce costs but to preserve natural resources and protect our environment at the same time. No-till, minimum-till and other forms of reduced tillage are everyday practices at our farm. Reduced rates of chemicals and insecticides are other management practices we use to protect our environment.

We have in place on-farm grain drying and storage for our operation. We currently have 400,000 bushels of storage capacity with the drying ability of up to 25,000 bushels/day depending on the moisture level of the incoming grain and the crop involved. The storage facility can be accessed, and grain moved under most weather conditions. The combination of all the above factors allow us to handle between 400,000 and 500,000 bushels of grain per year.

Other assets utilized in our operation include computerized accounting and record keeping, yield mapping and crop documentation, soil analysis and professional fertility recommendations, crop scouts and crop consultants, and state-of-the-art precision agriculture technology.

Our goal is to provide the highest quality grain to our customers at a reasonable price. We want to achieve this by incorporating innovative ideas and cutting edge technology with sound management practices and good old-fashioned hard work. We want to provide exactly what our customers want and need, and be able to deliver the quality grain they expect. Most importantly, we want to provide a safe environment for our family and our employees to not only work in, but to live in for this generation and for generations to come.
